Provide clear guidance to clients on NSW environmental legislation and approval pathways.
Contribute to the development of innovative ecological survey methods and best practice.
Lead field assessments and ensure compliance with safety and statutory requirements.
Prepare high-quality proposals, technical reports, BDARs, and related biodiversity assessments.
Manage and deliver your own portfolio of ecological and biodiversity projects.

Skilled in vegetation integrity plots, BDAR preparation, and biodiversity impact assessment.
Relevant degree in Ecology, Environmental Science, or a similar discipline.
Ideally BAM Accredited, or working towards accreditation.
Demonstrated experience preparing ecological assessments and navigating regulatory approvals.
Candidates who have delivered BDARs and are committed to gaining accreditation are strongly encouraged to apply.
Excellent technical writing and communication skills.
Strong flora and/or fauna identification skills, with a solid understanding of NSW biodiversity regulations.
