Updating of fixed assets registers in a timely and accurate manner.
Assistance with the preparation of month-end property accounting and reconciliations, including posting journals, raising invoices and coding of supplier payments where required.
Actualisation of cash flow forecast models, maintenance of inter-company loan reconciliations and responsible for settling loan amounts as required.
Assistance with the preparation of the annual income tax return process across the Partnerships and liaison with the external tax advisors as required.
Assist in maintaining the Land Tax and Council rates registers.
Monthly rent roll review and preparation.
Assistance with the review and analysis of net property income and outgoings reconciliations.
Responsible for the filing and maintenance of all documents and records relating to the Partnerships.
Monthly maintenance of building and customer details in Yardi.
Assistance with arranging coding and payment of invoices and credit cards.
Preparation of bank reconciliations, receipting of customer payments, arrears management and contributing to the weekly payment run
Assistance with the preparation and collation of support documentation for half yearly and annual reporting across the Partnerships.
