Works with Infrastructure Manager and Access Control & Security Engineer to understand any impacts of ongoing issues to the Access and Security and associated hardware or software.
Stays well informed on Access and Security maintenance and upgrade needs for all locations.
Attends meetings with vendors and service providers as needed.
Provides onsite and remote technical troubleshooting for all associated business units, including corporate and site-based teams across all entities.
Triages and prioritizes Tier Two Access and Security systems service requests within the ticketing system.
Promptly and professionally responds to after-hours emergency calls and/or requests as assigned.
Responsible for the day-to-day programming, administration, troubleshooting and repair of Access and Security systems (access control and cameras).
Leads the planning and execution of Access and Security system upgrades in close consultation with the Infrastructure Manager and Access Control & Security Engineer.
In conjunction with other team members, develops documentation and training materials for all business units. Conducts formal and informal trainings and provides assistance to staff.
Documents network systems and services to share knowledge with IT team members.

Minimum 2-3 years of experience in the physical security, fire alarm or low voltage communication industry installing field devices, programming systems
High school education or equivalent required.
06 Low Voltage License Required.
Intermediate knowledge of computer networks, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, Gateways, routers, switches.
Valid driver's license required.
Must be legally qualified to work in the U.S. meeting I-9 guidelines.
