As part of our small but highly collaborative team, you'll work closely with the Marketing Manager and General Manager to bring the Legacy Place brand to life across multiple platforms. You'll assist in planning and executing on-site events, support the rollout of our newly launched Insider App, and create engaging content that connects our community online and in person. This role offers valuable exposure to all facets of marketing, property management, and placemaking — all while being supported by a fun, creative team dedicated to helping you learn and grow.

  • Participate in team meetings and provide administrative support as needed
  • Engage with tenants, vendors, and guests to help deliver an exceptional on-property experience
  • Support website updates, digital content coordination, and campaign recaps
  • Contribute photo, video, and written content for digital campaigns, email marketing, and on-property storytelling
  • Assist with event setup, on-site content creation, breakdown, and on-site staffing for activations
  • Create and publish engaging content across social media channels (Primary: Instagram, Facebook; Secondary: TikTok) using design tools like Canva
  • Ensure property amenities (i.e. Little Free Library and magnet board) are consistently filled
  • Monitor social media channels for trends, engagement opportunities, and community interactions
  • Support the planning and execution of seasonal events and promotions
  • Build, update, and engage our influencer list that align with updated consumer personas
  • Design marketing materials and graphics and support property brand refresh
  • Assist in implementing and promoting our new Loyalty Program via the Insider App

Legacy Place is seeking a creative, motivated, and detail-oriented Marketing Intern to join our team for the winter/spring season, with the potential to extend. This is an exciting opportunity for someone eager to gain real-world experience in marketing, social media, and events, all within a dynamic, hands-on environment.

  • Positive, proactive attitude and willingness to take on a variety of tasks
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively
  • Customer service mindset and passion for community building
  • Must be 18 years or older
  • Brainstorm creative ideas for new social initiatives and content strategies
  • Reliable transportation to and from Legacy Place, Dedham MA
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Experience with Canva or similar design platforms
  • Knowledge of social media best practices and experience with content creation (Reels, etc.) is a must
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds (for event setup and breakdown)
Benefits
