Strip down and rebuild major components of heavy equipment as required.
Adhere to all workplace health and safety standards during daily operations.
Conduct fault-finding and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic systems across trucks, mobile plant, light vehicles, and related machinery.
Diagnose and repair diesel engines, drivetrains, and hydraulic assemblies.
Work closely with other technicians to complete complex tasks and major overhauls.
Record all service, repair, and maintenance activities with accuracy and attention to detail.

Australian Recognized Trade Certificate
Experience as a Heavy-Duty Mechanic working on trucks, mobile plant, or similar equipment.

Strong knowledge of diesel engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.
Ability to read and interpret equipment manuals and schematics.
