- Lead semiconductor manufacturing facility design teams across architecture, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, security, fire protection, ICT, and BMS/EPMS to meet client requirements on schedule and with high quality.
- Manage project resources, including onboarding and offboarding staff, to ensure appropriate resourcing for project needs.
- Coordinate delivery teams of semiconductor SMEs and local engineers, maintaining strong communication and management.
- Host and attend meetings with clients and stakeholders to keep project objectives aligned.
- Identify problems early and develop creative solutions to keep projects on track.
- Foster a sense of camaraderie, collective ownership, and collaboration within the design team.
- Proactively manage and communicate change throughout the project lifecycle.
- Conduct peer reviews and quality checks in line with client and AECOM standards.
- Provide regular project updates and resolve outstanding issues with all stakeholders.
- Develop technical and financial proposals for new and ongoing projects.
- Build trusting relationships with clients to support long‑term partnerships.
