Problem-Solving & Analytical Skills:
Demonstrated experience in supervising and mentoring Journeyman plumbers and apprentices, with a focus on training, safety, and skill development.
Experience: At least 5+ years of progressive experience in the plumbing trade, including residential, commercial, and industrial plumbing systems. Extensive knowledge of plumbing installations, repairs, and system designs is essential.

Occasionally stoop, kneel, bend, crouch and lift up to 10 pounds.
Proven ability to lead large-scale plumbing projects from planning to completion, ensuring compliance with timelines, budgets, and quality standards.

Familiarity with business operations, including client relations, project scheduling, and vendor management.
Licensing: Active Master Plumbing License in good standing, with the ability to obtain licenses in other jurisdictions if necessary. Additional certifications such as gas fitting, backflow prevention, or specialized plumbing certifications are highly desirable.
Deep understanding of plumbing-related safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
Technology Proficiency:
Must be licensed in Maryland and DC
Familiarity with complex plumbing systems such as radiant heating, water filtration, and medical gas piping.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effectively interacting with customers, subcontractors, and inspectors.
