Advise offices and corporate staff of regulatory changes with which the offices must comply. Sufficient advance notice should be provided so that compliance on the effective date of new regulations is assured
Develop annual company safety and health goals
Prepare written safety and health programs and policies
Conduct onsite Safety audits
Host multiple online, audio, and jobsite Safety meetings with small and large groups
Review injury/illness and non-injury incident investigation reports and follow-up as necessary
Maintain Safety Records via Quick Base database and scanned, traditional records
Provide technical safety and health support and information to production and corporate personnel
Participate in new product/process reviews including process hazard analysis, Operator Training, etc.
Promote safety and health awareness through internal company memoranda, newsletters, and specific training programs
Conduct Safety training for new employees at various locations, in varied conditions
Identify company safety training needs and develop and coordinate safety training programs
Manage post-incident reporting
Manage PPE inventory across the country
Review process operating procedures/batch records and provide input for safety and health considerations
Respond to field employee with ongoing Safety support
Participate in various Safety Committees
Provide technical support to corporate and personnel to ensure compliance with applicable occupational safety and health regulations
Support corporate/field needs to implement engineering controls to minimize safety and occupational health hazards
Monitor lost-time injuries/illnesses and Worker's Compensation Claims
Support personnel in selection and training with appropriate personal protective equipment.

Working knowledge of Federal and State occupational safety and health regulations, NEPA, ANSI with a strong knowledge of OSHA regulations
Proficiency in MS Office Suite
Understand Federal and State occupational safety and health regulations and monitor regulatory changes (through Federal Register, etc.) as they occur
Experience using Construction Aerial, Industrial, and Earth Moving Equipment strongly preferred
Minimum 7+ years of commercial electrical experience
Bachelor’s degree in a safety science/engineering/industrial hygiene discipline or equivalent working experience
Ability to communicate both verbally and through writing in a professional, courteous, and knowledgeable manner
Ability to prioritize tasks according to deadlines and urgency, and complete them in a timely and professional manner
Ability to travel 100% is required
