Tasks

-Collaborate with project teams to develop and maintain BIM models through design and construction -Assist with model data extraction for schedules, quantities, and reporting -Assist with standards documentation and company-wide rollout -Help maintain and implement Kindred BIM standards, templates, and workflows -Stay current with BIM technologies and industry trends, including participation in conferences -Provide guidance and basic training to project staff on BIM workflows and tools -Run routine model audits to ensure compliance with standards -Facilitate coordination meetings, including clash detection and model reviews -Maintain projects set up by the BIM Manager -Work closely with consultants, project managers, and trades to align expectations and deliverables -Support issue tracking using ACC Model Coordination and Revizto -Contribute to BIM Execution Plans (BEP) and project-specific requirement documents

What You Bring

-Familiarity with BIM Execution Plans and coordination workflows -Diploma or Degree in Architecture, Engineering, BIM Management, Construction Management, or a related field -Experience supporting QA/QC reviews and model audits -2-3 years of experience in a BIM-related role within construction or design -Knowledge of mechanical systems and structural design is an asset -Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders -Proficient in Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360/ACC, Procore, and Revizto -Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks across multiple projects -Strong understanding of design-to-construction workflows and processes -Ability to work collaboratively with consultants, trades, and project managers
