The Entry Project Engineer will assist in the administration of the field office to meet profitability and schedule goals, supporting document control, schedule updates, and labor production tracking while ensuring accurate submittal and RFI processing.
- Update and maintain drawings, specifications, and logs
- Prepare and distribute documents to subcontractors
- Maintain document, submittal, and RFI logs
- Assist with CPM schedule updates and weekly labor production tracking
- Process submittals and RFIs
- Maintain expediting and project filing system records
- Input data for labor cost reports and field quantity surveys
- Support affirmative action program documentation

Candidates should be pursuing or have completed a degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture, or possess equivalent experience, supplemented by a Construction Management Certificate and basic estimating and scheduling skills.
- Pursuing or completed degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or Architecture with a Construction Management Certificate
- Basic estimating and scheduling skills
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Strong written and verbal English communication
- Drafting and computer skills (desired)
