- Manage defect resolution processes and system performance issues.
- Collaborate with development teams and IT staff to establish system, interface, and architecture standards.

- Provide 24x7 system support, including availability outside traditional business hours as needed.
- Translate client requirements into new application features and define test plans to ensure system reliability.
- Provide technical direction for the development, integration, and testing of complex software systems, including requirements analysis and functional reviews.
