The Senior Project Manager at Precision Medicine Group leads clinical study projects, ensuring that quality, scope, cost, and timelines are met. This role acts as the main client liaison and oversees all functional services and external vendors to keep projects on track and within budget.
Key duties include managing study budgets, developing comprehensive project plans with risk mitigation, ensuring quality readiness such as eTMF inspections, and maintaining integrated collaboration with clinical and operational teams. The Senior Project Manager also prepares status updates, leads internal and client meetings, delivers formal presentations, and supports business development activities.
Candidates must have at least seven years of clinical research experience, including four years of direct project management, a bachelor's degree in a science or health‑related field (advanced degree preferred), and experience managing complex, global trials. Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Project, eTMF, EDC, and CTMS, along with strong communication, organizational, and leadership skills, are essential.
The position offers a compensation range of $147,300 to $220,900 USD, along with discretionary bonuses, health insurance, retirement savings, life and disability coverage, parental leave, and paid time off.
