Our GFL site in Pickering, ON is looking for a Billing Administrator who will be responsible for managing the billing process, which includes creating and processing invoices, reconciling accounts, and maintaining financial records. This role requires strong attention to detail, organizational skills, and the ability to resolve discrepancies and communicate with clients and internal departments to ensure accurate and timely billing.
The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, with an Associate’s Degree preferred. Previous experience, especially in the waste industry, is considered an asset, along with strong computer literacy in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
