Conduct site inspections to check compliance with design drawings and provide technical support and solutions to field staff and contractors.
Plan, design, and manage the execution of civil engineering projects, such as land/site development, roads, water supply systems, sewer collection systems, and drainage systems.
Coordinate and communicate with internal and external parties, such as clients, contractors, consultants, regulators, and public agencies.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, consultants, contractors, and regulatory agencies throughout the project lifecycle.
Foster positive relationships with stakeholders, managing expectations and providing regular updates on project status, milestones, and deliverables.
Identify and mitigate potential risks and issues, and manage changes and conflicts.
Monitor and control the progress, quality, and performance of the projects, and implement corrective actions as needed.

At least 10 years of experience in civil engineering and project management, preferably in the land development sector.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
Proficient in using engineering software such as AutoCAD, Civil 3D, HEC-RAS.
Proven track record of successfully delivering complex and large-scale projects within scope, budget, and schedule.
Strong knowledge of civil engineering principles, practices, and techniques.
Experience in site development and drainage design.
Proven experience in commercial land development.
Ability to manage multiple projects effectively.
Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
Ability to travel to project sites as required.
