Lead the efforts in performing criticality analysis and determination of risk priority numbers for the site’s assets
Develop a culture is data driven and uses key maintenance related KPIs such as MTTR, MTBF, Equipment Uptime, PM Compliance, etc. to drive continuous improvement
Create a Reliability Centered Maintenance base culture that has top to bottom ownership of equipment stability and reliability across the location
Perform the RCA’s on contributors to yield, utilization and capacity losses (attributed to equipment, processes, etc.)
Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards, fostering a safe working environment.
Coordinate the implementation of the reliability-based maintenance strategies
Create system to understand and optimize asset life-cycle costs
Lead the efforts in performing RCM/FMEA on critical assets
Develop and Implement Equipment Reliability Standards such as Equipment Maintenance Plans, Criticality Analysis, Preventive and Predictive Maintenance, CMMS, and Condition-based Monitoring
Execute the identification and resolution of chronic failures

Bachelor’s degree in engineering, maintenance reliability, or engineering technology from an accredited institution

Minimum 7 years of maintenance reliability experience
Minimum 10 years of manufacturing experience
Strong verbal and written communication skills with various personnel in a variety of settings (shop floor, peers, plant leadership, etc.)
Minimum of 5 years in a Maintenance and Reliability leadership role
730, et seq.) and/or the International Traffic in Arms Regulations (ITAR). Authorizations from the relevant government agency may be required to meet export control compliance requirements.
