The Account Coordinator supports day-to-day facilities operations by reviewing, processing, and managing work orders within OPX and client platforms. They ensure accuracy, timely follow‑up, and clear communication with internal teams, subcontractors, and clients, maintaining service excellence through attention to detail, progress tracking and operational reporting.
In this role you will review incoming work orders for accuracy, enter and maintain them in OPX, monitor client portals for updates, prioritize and assign orders based on urgency and SLAs, track progress, ensure documentation is uploaded, and communicate scheduling and clarifications to field teams and vendors. You will also follow up on overdue orders, generate regular performance reports, maintain dashboards and logs, provide summaries to leadership and clients, assist Account Managers, support special projects and keep organized records.
Candidates should have 1–3 years of facilities services, operations coordination, or administrative support experience, familiarity with work‑order platforms such as OPX, strong attention to detail, excellent communication and follow‑up skills, and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Outlook, Teams) and a customer‑service mindset are required; knowledge of janitorial or maintenance services, reporting experience, and understanding of SLAs and subcontractor coordination are preferred.
