The Project Coordinator will partner with the Project Manager to lead end‑to‑end execution of wind projects in India, ensuring delivery on schedule, within budget, and with high QHSE standards while complying with local regulations. The role requires cross‑functional coordination, vendor management, dashboard reporting, and proactive risk mitigation in a dynamic renewables market.
- Develop comprehensive project plans covering timelines, resources, budgets, and risk assessments for wind projects.
- Coordinate EPC activities, ensuring quality control and safety throughout execution.
- Liaise with development, procurement, engineering, and other stakeholders for smooth project delivery.
- Monitor progress using MS Project or Primavera and conduct site visits for safety and ISO 9001/14001 compliance.
- Identify and mitigate risks such as weather delays, supply‑chain disruptions, or policy changes; manage change orders.
- Prepare and present progress reports, financial forecasts, and post‑commissioning handover documentation to senior management and clients.
- Manage contracts and claims during the construction phase.
- Secure all required permits and approvals to meet project timelines.
- Oversee site construction teams to ensure timely project completion.

- Hold a Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a related field.
- Bring 8–12 years of project management experience, including at least 3 years in the Indian renewables sector (EPC or IPP experience preferred).
- Demonstrate a proven track record of delivering large‑scale wind, solar, or hybrid projects.
- Prefer experience with hybrid solar‑wind or battery storage integration.
- Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, MS Office, and Power BI.
- Exhibit strong planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk analysis, and stakeholder management skills.
- Possess excellent communication abilities and proficiency in the MS Office suite.
