  • Oversee the domain architecture lifecycle, including strategy, design, transition, and optimization phases.

  • Identify opportunities for technology modernization, including cloud adoption, enhanced integration, and system scalability.
  • Map business capabilities to systems and technologies within the domain to identify gaps and opportunities.
  • Contribute to initiatives that modernize legacy platforms, improve scalability, and simplify the corporate technology landscape.
  • Apply architectural principles related to security (RBAC, SoD), data governance, and cloud adoption.
  • Collaborate with product managers, business leads, and technical teams to define solution architecture for enhancements and initiatives.
  • Participate in architecture reviews, helping ensure adherence to security, compliance, and interoperability standards.
  • Lead the development of domain-specific architecture roadmaps aligned with business needs and enterprise strategy.
  • Work with delivery teams and business analysts to provide architectural input during planning and execution phases.
  • Contribute to or lead evaluation of new tools, modules, or platforms introduced within the corporate system landscape.

  • 4 to 6 years of experience in IT solution delivery, business systems analysis, or enterprise systems, with exposure to ERP, HCM, or procurement platforms.
  • Familiarity with concepts in cloud platforms, data architecture, and security design.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and collaborative decision-making in cross-functional environments.
  • Must hold and maintain a valid class “G” driver’s license
  • Solid understanding of enterprise applications and integration patterns, with an ability to lead domain-level architecture.
  • Organized, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple priorities.
  • Proven track record of delivering customer-centric solutions in complex technical environments.
  • Clear communicator, able to translate between technical teams and business stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Familiar with EA modeling tools (e.g., Avolution ABACUS) to document architectures and ensure traceability across layers.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Experience working on projects involving enterprise systems or multi-team delivery is preferred.
  • Experience with architectural documentation and diagramming tools (e.g., Visio, Lucid chart, ArchiMate) preferred.
  • Ability to work with senior architects while building toward domain-level ownership and architectural leadership.
