Assist in the development of technical staff through mentoring, instructing of technical engineering principles, and governing electrical and safety codes.

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil/Structural or Electrical Engineering and 6 years of experience or demonstrated equivalency of experience and/or education.
Proficiency in MS Office Software (Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Project)
Experience with PLS-CADD, MFAD, AutoCAD
Advanced knowledge of overhead & underground Transmission facilities and understanding of its integration into daily activities.
Must be able to effectively supervise a project team of Engineers & Engineering Technicians while maintaining work product quality, consistency, accuracy, and reliability.
5+ years of experience in Power Transmission Design
Experience with NESC, ASCE, IEEE, and other industry-relevant standards
