Implement robust cost control mechanisms to monitor project expenditures, identifying variances and recommending corrective actions.
Track project-level cashflow and update management reports.
Support budget tracking, Estimated At Completion (EAC), and variance analysis with Project Managers.
Support financial modelling, revenue forecasting, and cashflow planning for bids.
Resolve billing disputes and order discrepancies with Sales, Finance, and Project teams.
Administer bonds, insurances, and other contract-related documentation.
Prepare commercial reports, dashboards, and presentations for senior management.
Maintain estimated project completion date in SAP.
Maintain organized repositories of contracts, invoices, and commercial records for audits.
Monitor receivables and coordinate with Finance and Sales for timely collection.
Assist in reviewing draft contracts for commercial and financial risks.
Create new projects and sales orders in SAP based on approved costing / offer release documents.
Maintain risk/trend registers for commercial exposures (pricing, credit, contractual).
Contribute to offer release approvals by ensuring compliance with authorization matrix.
Support preparation and submission of claims, including Extensions of Time (EOT) and Variations.

Familiarity with project delivery models (EPC, O&M; exposure to BOT/DBOO is advantageous).
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
6-9 years of progressive experience in technical, commercial, sales, or project management roles - preferably within the industrial or municipal water/wastewater sector.
Strong knowledge of billing, taxation (GST, VAT), and revenue recognition.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business or a related technical field is preferred.
Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA or equivalent).
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Relevant coursework or certifications in commercial/project management, contracts, or SAP are preferred.
