  • Contract Compliance & Documentation: Ensure invoices align with client contracts, fee schedules, and change orders; maintain thorough and organized billing records.

Boulder Associates is seeking a full-time, organized Accounting Specialist to join their growing team. This person will support invoicing and accounting processes across the organization. The ideal candidate will be detail-oriented, proactive, able to thrive in a hybrid environment, and capable of working both independently and collaboratively within our team.

  • Display a passion for working with numbers.
  • Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in accounting.
  • Accounts Receivables or billing experience.
  • Require a minimum of an associate degree in any industry or a high school diploma with at least 5 years of experience.
  • System Proficiency & Reporting: Gain proficiency in Deltek Vantagepoint within 90 days.
  • Experience with Deltek Vision or Vantagepoint, QuickBooks, or other ERP/accounting systems.
  • Demonstrate strong organizational skills.
Benefits

The anticipated salary range for this role is $58,000 - $63,000 depending on experience.
