Skidsteer/Forklift Operator

Description

• Maintain clean and safe work areas, free of hazards and obstructions.
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks, staging materials, and organizing inventory.
• Support general labor tasks as needed when equipment operation is not required.
• Communicate effectively with supervisors, crew members, and other trades on-site.
• Transport materials around the job site or warehouse in an efficient and organized manner.
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any mechanical issues or maintenance needs.
• Safely operate forklifts and skid steers to move, load, and unload materials.
• Follow all OSHA, company, and site-specific safety protocols.

Requirements

• Strong attention to detail, safety, and time management.

• Proven experience operating forklifts and skid steers in a construction, warehouse, or industrial environment.
• Valid forklift certification/license (preferred or required depending on project).
• Reliable and able to work independently or as part of a team.
• Knowledge of equipment safety practices and load limits.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. and work in varying weather and site conditions.
