Description

The Competitive Sourcing Manager for AMER Project Delivery Services will provide specialized RFP management support for clients and internal stakeholders, leading comprehensive sourcing processes across the Americas to optimize JLL managed‑services operations.

• Lead end‑to‑end RFP processes for Principal model projects, from requirements gathering to contract award.
• Develop and execute RFP strategies aligned with client objectives and JLL sourcing standards.
• Coordinate cross‑functional RFP teams including technical, legal, finance, and operations experts.
• Standardize and continuously improve RFP templates, processes, and evaluation methodologies.
• Manage multiple concurrent RFPs while meeting aggressive timelines and quality standards.
• Conduct supplier debriefings and maintain positive vendor relationships.
• Build and maintain pre‑qualified supplier databases across multiple service categories.
• Execute supplier outreach, RFI activities, and capability assessments to streamline market engagement.
• Analyze RFP responses using structured evaluation frameworks to support data‑driven decisions.
• Partner with Project Delivery teams and clients, providing status updates and presenting results with data‑supported business cases.
• Facilitate cross‑functional decision‑making and manage stakeholder input during supplier evaluation and selection.

Requirements

This position does not provide visa sponsorship; candidates must be authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship. Estimated total compensation ranges from $90,000 to $97,500 per year, and the role is remote with locations in Atlanta, Charlotte, Chicago, Dallas, New York, and Philadelphia.
