In this role you will ensure that all necessary utilities are provided to occupants and tenants, manage drawing submissions and approvals for fit‑out work, and coordinate minor execution issues with contractors. You will also oversee building maintenance and upkeep as a key responsibility for the Goregaon site in Mumbai.
You will work closely with clients, vendors, and internal teams to obtain permits, arrange security, enforce safety policies, and maintain comprehensive documentation. Daily site visits will be conducted to monitor civil work layout, track progress against client‑approved plans, and address any execution challenges.
- Provide utilities to occupants and tenants.
- Submit and approve fit‑out drawings.
- Coordinate minor execution issues with contractors.
- Maintain building drawing records and ensure fit‑out manual compliance.
- Obtain permits for night, hot, and height work.
- Arrange security for fit‑out activities.
- Monitor work progress against client‑approved plans.
- Complete snagging and de‑snagging of flats and common areas.
- Enforce site safety requirements and the “No Safety No Work” policy.
- Advise contractors on execution matters and ensure design specifications are met.
- Conduct daily site visits to inspect civil work layout.
- Keep the building clean and maintenance‑free in collaboration with management.
- Meet clients to clarify fit‑out procedures and material handling.
- Maintain a fit‑out tracker and provide energy‑conservation recommendations.
- Update as‑built drawings and transition documentation.
- Collaborate with regional, head‑office, SME, and training teams for report closures.

The ideal candidate is analytical, meticulous, and detail‑oriented, with strong problem‑solving skills and the ability to coordinate across multiple teams. A degree or diploma in Civil Engineering and 1–2 years of relevant experience are required.
