- Risk Management: Conduct risk assessments, hazard identifications, and incident investigations to prevent accidents and environmental incidents.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for HSE improvements and support the implementation of safety initiatives aligned with project goals.
- HSE Oversight: Monitor and enforce compliance with company policies, legal requirements, and industry standards related to health, safety, and environment.
- Inspection & Audits: Perform regular site inspections and audits to identify hazards and ensure corrective actions are implemented.
- Reporting & Documentation: Maintain accurate HSE records, incident reports, and safety statistics; prepare reports for management review.
- Safety Culture Promotion: Lead safety meetings, toolbox talks, and training sessions to foster a proactive safety culture among all project personnel.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with project teams, contractors, and external agencies to promote safety and environmental best practices.
- Emergency Preparedness: Ensure emergency response plans are in place, understood, and regularly practiced.

- Experience working on large-scale industrial or power projects, preferably within the energy transition or decarbonization sectors.
- Proven experience as an HSE Supervisor or similar role within the energy, engineering, or construction sectors.
- Relevant certifications such as NEBOSH, IOSH, or equivalent.
- Strong knowledge of UK HSE legislation, standards, and best practices.
- Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a dynamic, multidisciplinary team environment.
