Execution of partner business plans and attainment of Emerging Business targets.
Net new pipeline creation from partner sourced opportunities.
Cosell with partners on strategic opportunities, supporting discovery, technical alignment, value articulation, and deal execution.
Strengthen partner ability to target and win Emerging Business opportunities by improving qualification, pipeline generation, and hunting motions.
Build a high functioning partner ecosystem capable of selling Fusion Cloud and Fusion Manage workflows end to end.
Work cross functionally with regional Sales, Technical Sales, Marketing, and Partner leadership to build aligned go to market motions.
Develop repeatable sales plays, competitive positioning, and workflow based messaging partners use to win new customers.
Ensure partners maintain disciplined forecast, pipeline hygiene, and sales execution standards.
Support partners in building durable service offerings around Fusion Cloud workflows including data management, automation, and PLM.
Identify new partner opportunities and help shape regional growth strategies that expand Fusion across target industries.
Provide market feedback and competitive insight to product, marketing, and Emerging Business leadership.
Enable partner sellers through training, workshops, demos, and joint customer engagements.
Forecast accuracy, pipeline discipline, and consistency of partner led sales motions.

Ability to influence partners, elevate their capability, and drive measurable sales performance across diverse partner types.
Proven experience in partner sales, channel development, or business development in SaaS, cloud, or manufacturing tech.
Operational rigor with a data driven approach to forecasting, performance management, and partner readiness.
Strong sales instincts with the ability to coach partners on qualification, pipeline creation, and competitive takeaways.
Comfort working across multiple regions, time zones, and stakeholder groups in a fast paced, high growth environment.
Strong understanding of manufacturing workflows and the modern digital thread including CAD, CAM, CAE, data management, cloud collaboration, and PLM.
Partner enablement effectiveness and growth of partner capability.
Experience building and executing repeatable programs, enablement plans, and go to market strategies at scale.
Clear communication style, strong presence with executives, and the ability to build trust quickly.
