

Provides integrated industrial services including engineering, procurement, construction, and maintenance.
Helpers (0–42 months) are preferred candidates with at least six months of documented field experience in their craft. They must be able to read and interpret instructions and documentation. Responsibilities and requirements vary with experience and assigned job step. The role involves assembling, inspecting for defects, and repairing boilers, tanks, vats, pressure vessels, and related auxiliaries according to blueprints using power and hand tools.
The position may require a high school diploma or equivalent combined with relevant experience. Candidates should possess knowledge of common concepts, practices, and procedures in the field and rely on established guidelines to perform job functions. Work is performed under immediate supervision with limited independent judgment, reporting to a supervisor or manager.
The job demands frequent standing, walking, and occasional sitting, as well as lifting and carrying loads up to 50 lb and exerting forces of 70 ft‑lb when pushing or pulling. Workers must be comfortable working at heights, climbing, balancing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, reaching, handling, and performing fine motor tasks. Physical effort ranges from occasional to constant depending on the activity.
