Coordinate with project teams to ensure accurate cost capture and timely reporting.
Develop and manage target cost contracts, including cost forecasting and risk mitigation.
Support change-management processes, including assessment, pricing and negotiation of variations.
Monitor and control project costs against budgets and forecasts to maintain financial performance.
Prepare, submit and secure approval for monthly payment applications.
Prepare and review subcontractor packages, valuations and final accounts.
Compile and analyse cost reports and commercial performance reviews.
Contribute to the preparation of tender documentation and the development of procurement strategies.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions.
Collaborate within multidisciplinary teams to support successful project delivery.

Knowledge of Target Cost Contracts (NEC3/NEC4)
Proficient in Excel; familiarity with CEMAR/Causeway-CPA advantageous
Minimum 3 years’ Quantity Surveying experience (infrastructure/civil engineering preferred)
Strong numerical/analytical ability and stakeholder communication skills
Degree in Quantity Surveying or related discipline
Experience preparing/managing payment applications and CVR/commercial administration
