TEMPORARY Medical Staffing Coordinator

Description

The Staffing Coordinator manages schedules and fills shift vacancies in Skilled Nursing, Memory Support, and Assisted Living, ensuring all shifts are covered despite call‑ins, vacations, or other issues. The role also coordinates Central Supply by researching pricing, ordering, receiving, and storing supplies, and participates in quality assessment and performance improvement activities. This is a temporary position.

Requirements

Qualified applicants must have at least one year of staffing experience using a scheduling software system, with familiarity in scheduling nursing shifts preferred. Candidates should possess excellent communication, organization, and interpersonal skills, be able to work independently, adapt to changing conditions, and be proficient with Microsoft Office. A high school diploma or GED is required.
