

Owns and operates self‑storage facilities offering rental units for personal, business and vehicle storage.
Property Managers work independently at multiple locations, both inside and outdoors. They assess customers’ storage needs, recommend solutions, and sell packing and moving supplies. Daily duties include inspecting storage units, auditing cash drawers, making bank deposits, and handling payment reminders and collections. Additional tasks involve cleaning, routine maintenance, and maintaining curb appeal.
The role requires the ability to lift or move items up to 35 lb and to spend up to 50% of the shift walking in and around facilities, including climbing stairs and opening large doors. Outdoor work includes maintaining exterior grounds and debris removal.
Candidates should have experience in customer-service-focused sales environments such as retail, restaurant, fast‑food, or similar service roles. A valid driver’s license and personal vehicle are required; mileage reimbursement is provided.
