- Track record of completing work with high quality
- Knack for solving hard problems with a hands‑on approach
- Experienced leader supporting day‑to‑day needs of a construction crew
- Knowledge of telecom construction (coax splicing, fiber splicing, directional drilling, map reading, etc.)
- Enjoy problem‑solving and troubleshooting in the field
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn custom software
- Relevant MOS codes: 12H, 12N, 25W, 91X, 2549, 2591
