We are seeking a creative and organized Communications Coordinator to manage all community communications. This role is responsible for producing high-quality content for our monthly magazine, website, email newsletters, app alerts, and social media. The ideal candidate is a strong writer and editor with design and digital skills, capable of building community engagement through clear, consistent messaging.

  • Familiarity with web content, email marketing, and social media platforms
  • HOA experience is a plus
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, and website CMS (WordPress preferred)
  • Organized, collaborative, and responsive to deadlines and feedback
  • Strong writing, editing, and proofreading skills
  • Degree in Communications, Journalism, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
