Maintain detailed drilling and operational schedules aligned with technical goals, rig availability, weather, and logistics. Optimise deployment of rigs, personnel, and equipment across sites.
Develop and manage budgets, track expenditures, and ensure cost-effective delivery of allocated scopes. Support quarterly reforecasts and annual budget planning.
Coordinate with Contracts, Drilling, Procurement, Safety, and Admin teams to ensure contractors are onboarded through appropriate fiscal, safety, and compliance processes.
Facilitate regular communication between internal teams and contractors to ensure alignment. Identify operational risks and implement contingency plans to minimise impact
Translate technical scopes from Water, Geotechnical, and Tailings teams into executable work programs. Identify and engage suitable contractors to deliver works safely, efficiently, and in line with MinRes schedules
Ensure all operational activities meet environmental, safety, and regulatory standards, including internal documentation and reporting requirements.

Tertiary qualifications preferably project management, logistics and/ or technical related to Hydrogeology environments
Demonstrated ability to work within large multi-disciplinary teams and strong stakeholder engagement ability.

Extensive experience in mining / drilling / resources sector, with significant exposure to drilling operations.
Experience managing competing priorities in a fast paced environment, including conflict resolution
Ability to communicate effectively and constructively with senior business leaders and other technical stakeholders.
