The primary responsibility of the Heavy‑Duty Kitchen Steward is to clean all stoves, ovens, grills, and other kitchen equipment correctly and thoroughly, following TBC and client policies, practices, and procedures.
- Operate industrial dishwashing machine and other cleaning equipment.
- Move kitchen equipment to various food‑and‑beverage areas as needed.
- Use industrial‑strength cleaning chemicals.
- Sweep, scrub, mop and pressure‑clean floors.
- Transport garbage to compactors or recycling.
- Follow directions from the Executive Chef and management.
- Maintain high standards of cleanliness and safety guidelines.
- Obtain a health card and maintain professional appearance.

Candidates must be at least 21 years old, hold a high school diploma or equivalent, be able to work varied shifts including weekends and holidays, and preferably have one year of kitchen‑cleaning experience. Physical requirements include prolonged standing, stretching, bending, kneeling, the ability to lift 50 lb unassisted, and tolerance for a fast‑paced, noisy, dusty environment.
- Deep clean stoves, ovens, grills, and other kitchen equipment safely and thoroughly per TBC standards.
- Attend work consistently and on schedule.
- Meet minimum age (21) and have a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Ability to work varied shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Preferably have at least one year of kitchen‑cleaning experience.
- Physically tolerate prolonged standing, stretching, bending, kneeling and lift ≥50 lb unassisted.
- Work in a fast‑paced, noisy, dusty environment while maintaining stamina and proper attitude.
