Delivers packages to Front Desk at times, and obtains authorized signatures for accepted items.
May maintain department database, prepare routine reports, and file shipping/receiving records.
Sorts, counts, packages, labels, insures, unpacks, and/or logs inventory which is shipped or received.
Receives and logs contractors into the system and contractor log whom will perform work or deliver items to the units.
Provide contractor badge along with photo to identify the individual while working inside the building.
Maintains communication with Front Desk when a contractor has arrived and advise which unit they will need access for.
Follows established company policies, procedures, and objectives, continuous quality improvement objectives, and safety.
Inspects shipments for damages or defects; records discrepancies or damages and notifies supervisor and/or purchasing personnel.
Traces lost shipments and/or customer claims of lost shipments; initiates proof of delivery documents.
Receives incoming packages and enters information on packing slip into resident software.
Communicate with Management Office each time a contractor arrives with building materials or furniture deliveries to ensure they have provided the required elevator deposit.

Ability to detect auditory and/or visual emergency alarms. Noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
