Willingness and ability to travel as needed, approximately 20%.
Electrical experience is a plus.
Valid driver’s license and insurance.

Ability to climb ladders/stairs and lift/carry loads above 20 lbs.
ANSI/ISO Accreditation Cx Certification (BCxA CCP, ACG CxA, ASHRAE BCxP)
5+ years of related industry experience.
Ability to be on a job site for extended periods (8-10 hours).
Strong client-facing and relationship management skills.
Project management expertise, including scheduling, budgeting, and resource planning.
Experience with mission-critical and life sciences projects.
Proficiency in MS Office.
