Assist with the preparation of specifications and contract documents
Design and plan production for a wide variety of civil engineering projects including the development of site plan layouts, grading and drainage plans, site paving plans, site utility design, and associated civil engineering activities
Make decisions on significant design and engineering procedures as needed
Assist project teams with the procurement of site development related approvals and permits
Perform complex assignments exercising judgment in evaluation, selection and modification of standard engineering techniques and procedures
Prepare quantity take-off calculations and cost estimates, if required
Prepare stormwater management designs, calculations, and reports to meet local government agency standards
Coordinate with other engineering disciplines and architectural project leads

Demonstrated leadership and communication skills

Previous experience in general civil engineering
Professional Engineer (PE or P.Eng) license.
A minimum 4-6 years of relevant experience, specifically focused on civil-site designs
