Stay abreast of the latest trends and innovations in landscape design, integrating new technologies and methods into projects as appropriate
Collaborate with executive leadership, architects, and stakeholders to integrate landscape architecture with broader project objectives

Proficiency in landscape design software (AutoCAD, SketchUp, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.) and project management tools
Minimum of 14 - 18 years relevant experience in landscape architecture, with significant design leadership in large-scale projects
Strong analytical skills and a passion for innovation in landscape design
Master's degree in Landscape Architecture or a related field; Professional License (e.g., ASLA, CMLI) is highly desirable
Adept at budget management and resource allocation, with a commitment to delivering high-quality results within defined timeframes
In-depth knowledge of sustainable design practices, environment-related regulations, and landscape construction techniques
Demonstrated experience managing multi-disciplinary teams and leading complex projects from conception through to completion
