Coordinate designs, specifications, and subcontractor installation and commissioning for various systems, including hot and cold-water, lighting, electrical distribution, HVAC, telecommunications, security, fire systems, and lifts.
Identify, monitor, and mitigate risks and opportunities throughout the project lifecycle.
Chair technical and progress meetings, ensuring consistent design documentation flow and supporting the implementation of new ideas and innovations in construction technology and materials.
Manage procurement and oversight of subcontractors from design through delivery and handover.
Handle contract administration for NEC3/4, FIDIC, or customized contracts, and handle subcontract documentation in partnership with project collaborators.
Complete projects and work packages within defined requirements, including safety, quality, time, functionality, and cost.

Strong understanding of building services installation and relevant regulations.
Relevant qualifications in electrical or mechanical engineering, including 18th edition electrical installations and familiarity with BSRIA BG 6.
Excellent interpersonal skills for conveying sophisticated technical and commercial issues.
Proactive demeanor with a willingness to work flexibly in both office and on-site environments.
Membership in CIBSE/IET or working towards it, along with good IT literacy, particularly in MS Office 365 solutions.
Experience in the UK Construction, Process, and/or Industrial sectors.
