- Communicate quality or compliance concerns promptly.
- Occasional travel to other manufacturing sites may be required.
- Complete and track Nonconforming Material Reports (NCMRs).
- Operate within the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
- Perform inspections at all stages of production to ensure compliance with company standards and specifications.
- Analyze test data and report deviations from specifications.
- Identify opportunities for quality improvements and implement solutions.
- Prepare and maintain accurate inspection and test reports.

- Basic math skills for measurements, calculations, and data recording.
- 2-year experience in Quality Control/Assurance.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office.
- Ability to interpret batch records and ensure accurate documentation.
- Ability to read and understand technical specifications, instructions, memos, and documents.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills for small group and one-on-one interactions.
- Strong skills in Statistical analysis.
- Practical knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 quality management system.
- Familiarity with test equipment and quality control procedures.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Problem-solving skills and tools in standardized situations.
- Knowledge of transformer components manufacturing is a plus.
