Liaise with Procurement team to issue tender documents to contractors and suppliers/vendors and evaluate tender submissions
Develop technical write-ups/proposals for bid submissions and potential projects
Work with Project Development team to generate tender specifications and drawings for tender issuance to contractors and suppliers/vendors
Liaise with government agencies and IHLs on collaboration/co-development matters on new technology development in the cooling domain
Prepare District Cooling System (DCS) design for bid submissions and potential projects using CAD/BIM software such as AutoCAD/Revit to create 2D drawings such as equipment layouts, elevational and sectional drawings, schematic diagrams, etc. and 3D models of buildings which include mechanical and electrical aspects, etc.
Review existing district and retail cooling plants’ operations and provide improvement suggestions/plans with a data driven approach

Professional qualification(s) such as Singapore Certified Energy Manager (SCEM), Energy Efficiency Opportunities Assessor (EEO Assessor) and/or BCA-registered Energy Auditor will have an added advantage
Minimum 5 years’ experience in air-conditioning system design, major retrofit works’ design involving chiller plant systems and/or energy audits of existing projects
Proficient in using CAD/BIM software such as AutoCAD/Revit
Degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent qualification
Familiarity with deployment and integration of renewable energy sources (e.g., solar PV) and energy efficient technologies (e.g., energy storage systems) will have an added advantage
