Assist in the development of contract administration procedures in accordance with company policies and procedures, applicable laws and regulations, customer requirements, and sound business judgment
Prepare and negotiate complex contract/teaming agreement terms and conditions and provide associated risk mitigation opportunities and recommendations.
Complete hands-on order entry of incoming contract documents into the designated ERP system
Drive all contract negotiations; ensuring all resultant customer agreements minimize GRC risk - Help identify, develop and deploy key metrics to drive the contracts organization to higher levels of overall performance
Actively support Project Teams, working closely with Business Development, Finance, and other functional and technical team members to thoroughly review solicitation terms and conditions and to develop a compliant proposal.
Prepare Certifications and Representations on behalf of the company - Maintain records, spreadsheets, and other tracking documents as required to support: internal and external audits, manage contract-related data, and generate reports as required

Outstanding communication skills (written and oral) with the ability to successfully interact at all levels of a matrix organization; ability to develop relationships within all levels of the organization
