Team Leadership & Mentorship: Lead, mentor, and manage a team of mobile developers, fostering a culture of technical excellence, innovation, and collaboration.
API Implementation & Optimization: Collaborate with the backend team to design, implement and integrate RESTful APIs using Java. Lead efforts in optimizing API performance, latency and payload structure to ensure a seamless mobile experience.
Application & Performance Optimization: Spearhead the optimization of the mobile applications performance, focusing on smooth rendering (targeting 60 FPS), efficient memory usage, battery life, and reducing app size.

Hands-on experience developing and integrating RESTful APIs.

Strong knowledge of SQL and database design principles. Experience with ORMs and performance tuning of database queries is essential.

Expert proficiency in Java (Java 8+).

Notice Period - Immediate to 15 days only(Serving ppl who can join in Dec month 2025)

Experience - 7 to 9 yrs

Deep experience with the Spring Framework, particularly Spring Boot, Spring Data JPA/Hibernate, and Spring Security.

Familiarity with containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes) is a plus.
