You will conduct systematic surveys on estates, sub-estates, major blocks, and external communal areas, capturing high-quality asset data for large-scale housing improvement and compliance programmes.
Work on long-term, structured housing programmes
Represent the service professionally across varied estate environments
Capture photographic evidence and detailed contextual site information
Identify property risks, defects and HHSRS indicators
Survey external building elements, boundaries, roofs, walkways and communal areas
Upload completed surveys and documentation on a weekly cycle
Use GIS mapping tools and site plans to ensure accurate survey coverage
