This is a strategic and hands-on role where you will be responsible for reporting, coordination, and ensuring smooth execution across multiple teams.

  • Connect with property developers’ offices regularly to strengthen relationships, gather updates, and relay critical information to the sales team.
  • Identify problems across workflows and come up with clear, actionable solutions.
  • Manage property portals – ensure accurate listings, monitor performance, and maximize visibility.
  • Manage and optimize CRM reporting to give management and the sales team actionable insights.
  • Act as the central point of contact for cross-team communication and process alignment.
  • Coordinate between Sales and Marketing to ensure campaigns, leads, and follow-ups are aligned and executed.
