The Foreman is a hands‑on leadership role requiring superior experience and proven success in supervising crew operations for vegetation management and electrical line clearance. This position oversees daily activities, ensures safety standards are met, and maintains strong customer and public relations.
Candidates must have 1‑2 years of recent relevant experience, a high school diploma or equivalent, and be able to read and communicate effectively in English (bilingual Spanish is a plus). A valid driver’s license is required, with a Commercial Driver’s License strongly preferred, and the ability to lift over 50 lb, travel on short notice, and work overtime when needed.
The role demands regular standing, walking, climbing, and the use of hands, with exposure to fumes, noise, vibration, and extreme weather conditions typical of construction sites. Employees must be capable of working at heights, in confined spaces, and in inclement weather while adhering to strict safety protocols.
