- Collaborate with SCADA leadership, relay engineering, and project managers to deliver accurate, low-revision solutions.
- Support implementation of SCADA standards, documentation, and best practices.
- Develop and program SCADA device settings and configurations.
- Troubleshoot and test devices both remotely and onsite (~2–6 weeks of travel per year).

- Strong problem-solving, adaptability, and communication skills.
- 1+ years of experience with networking systems and SCADA protocols (Modbus/DNP3).
- Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or related field.
- Bonus: Python experience, NERC-CIP knowledge, or exposure to solar, substation, or BESS projects.
- Hands-on familiarity with switches, routers, and firewalls.
- Exposure to SCADA software platforms (Wonderware, Siemens, Ignition preferred).
