- Participate in capital improvements, focusing on automation and cost management from a technical and financial perspective.
- Provide leadership, coaching, and mentoring to team members.
- Oversee capital projects and new product development launches.
- Coordinate and manage cross-functional projects within specified timelines.
- Break down and manage costs for new and modified products.
- Handle complex issues and escalate only the most challenging problems to higher-level staff.
- Ensure packaging from Modpac fits and functions properly without involving design work.

- 2 to 6 years of experience in packaging, packaging engineering, and process improvement.
- Proficiency in descriptive geometry, plane geometry, solid geometry, trigonometry, analytic geometry, calculus, statics, manufacturing processes, engineering materials, strength of materials, military standards, CAD, geometric dimensioning, and tolerancing.
- Hands-on manufacturing experience or product costing
- Experience in the manufacturing industry is considered, even without pharma or medical device background.
- Degree in Engineering (industrial, mechanical, or electrical).
- Associate Degree or higher in engineering technology, or a minimum of 8 years of applicable experience.
- BS in Engineering Technology preferred.
