- Communicate day-to-day operations and load plan changes with drivers
- Monitor facility reporting metrics related to service, safety, cost, and quality
- Address potential performance issues with drivers
- Review inaccuracies in generated reports with Watco team and third-party service providers, and correct as appropriate
- Report schedule delays, accidents, and equipment failures and implement contingency plans
- Investigate and communicate customer service complaints

- Verbal and written communication skills necessary to communicate with various audiences

- Use basic computer skills – Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and data entry
- Time management and organizational skills preferred in handling various tasks and changing priorities, while maintaining a high attention to detail and accuracy to achieve daily assignments and goals
- Administrative support or customer service experience recommended
- Must be able to lift, carry, and push up to 50 pounds
- Experience using web-based routing software preferred
- High school education or general education development (GED) required
