- Act as the primary technical point of contact for clients and trade partners.
- Direct field teams and subcontractors during installation and commissioning; troubleshoot PLC, HMI, and instrumentation issues.
- Lead end-to-end execution of control-system projects, including I/O design, PLC/SCADA configuration, network architecture, and FAT/SAT testing.
- Mentor junior engineers, redline design packages, and promote Thermo’s Quality Management standards.

- Experience: 2–4+ years of control-system engineering, including PLC/SCADA design, integration, and commissioning.
- Technical skills: AVEVA System Platform, Ignition, PLC/PAC programming, networked OT systems, and troubleshooting.
- Soft skills: Effective communicator, organized, calm under pressure, and collaborative in cross-functional environments.
- Education: B.S. in Electrical, Mechanical, Computer, or Controls Engineering—or equivalent technical experience.
- Other: Valid driver’s license, eligibility to work in the U.S., and ability to meet fit-for-duty standards.
